A dedicated advocate for education and personal growth, he inspires audiences worldwide through his motivational speaking. Bio Ference Lamp
Ference Lamp is a seasoned financial expert with decades of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Born and raised in Curaçao, he moved to the Netherlands to study Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam. His career began at MeesPierson, followed by a significant tenure at Lehman Brothers, where he rose to Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Group. After the 2008 financial crisis, he became CFRO at SNS Reaal before transitioning to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he has held leadership roles in M&A and corporate banking. Currently, he serves as Managing Director at Bank of America, overseeing European operations.
