At Wominae, we invest in products for women, because women’s needs represent one of the world’s largest untapped markets. From healthcare and wellness to consumer goods, caregiving, education, and financial well-being, women drive over 80% of household purchasing decisions yet remain dramatically underserved by innovation. Despite this demand, less than 2% of venture capital funding goes to female-led startups and even fewer build solutions designed for women themselves.

These products are not only underfunded but often misunderstood by traditional, male-dominated investment circles. Many female founders developing women-focused solutions struggle to find investors who understand their markets or recognize their value. Wominae changes that. After submission, applications go through a structured due diligence process. Our evaluation team reviews each company based on innovation potential, market opportunity, leadership, and impact alignment with Wominae’s mission.

Selected ventures are invited to pitch to our investment and advisory board, virtually or in person.

Once selected, ventures receive tailored investment packages based on their stage and needs. Wominae offers three funding pathways:

1. Revenue-Based Financing (RBF) For early-stage startups and scaleups with revenue.

2. Co-Founding Model For idea-stage ventures we co-build from the ground up.

3. Investment-Ready Capital

For company’s post-accelerator or post-program, ready to scale.

Each startup joins the Wominae ecosystem and gains access to our community, cloud-based intranet, and personalized development roadmap, with all programs guided by impact-driven objectives.

Every venture enters a guided mentoring program that lasts from 12 to 18 months, depending on their growth trajectory. Founders receive one-on-one coaching, expert guidance, and access to a global network of investors, partners, and leaders. The program emphasizes measurable impact and gender inclusion.

All ventures supported by Wominae repay funding through a flexible, revenue-based model. This ensures founders retain ownership while repaying in line with their business performance.

Revenue-Based Repayment:

• Repayments are tied to a fixed percentage of monthly revenue.
• Repayments are made monthly as a small percentage of revenue until the agreed return cap is met.
• Payments begin once the venture starts generating revenue.
• The repayment amount adjusts with business performance, providing flexibility during growth fluctuations.
• Founders retain full ownership and control, there is no equity dilution.
• Terms are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with growth and performance.
